For quality control reasons Rfrepairs does not subcontract out repair work

Rfrepairs is a husband and wife partnership and we have some service contracts that can be unpredictable. For this reason we ask customers to contact us before sending their equipment in for repair. That way we will be able to give an accurate turnaround time and in some cases a cost estimate.

Due to heavy workloads we have been unable to return some phone enquiries rather than offer a phone number that may not be answered we ask our customers to email us with their details and we will make contact within 48 hours.
